Objective
VELNEC S.A. provided technical, environmental, social, administrative, financial, and legal oversight of the construction of the Procables Educational Institution, a project of significant urban and social value located in southwestern Bogotá. The project comprises a total built area of 14,952.90 m² and is designed to strengthen the city’s public education infrastructure.
Scope
The scope also included interinstitutional coordination, document traceability, and technical validation throughout each phase of the project, ensuring the successful delivery of a modern, sustainable, and functional educational facility designed to meet the current needs of Bogotá’s public education system.
