Objective
VELNEC S.A. provided comprehensive technical oversight of the structural, core and shell, and finishing phases of Hotel Buró 51 in Barranquilla. The project comprises 42,334.43 m² of built area, including basement levels, and serves the corporate and tourism sectors of Colombia’s Caribbean region.
Scope
The scope of the oversight included the inspection of architectural finishes, custom details, built-in furniture, and compliance with the project’s technical design specifications. The supervision ensured the proper use of materials and colors while maintaining the integrity of the architectural and interior design.
