Objective
VELNEC S.A. provided comprehensive oversight of the Ático Building, one of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana’s most advanced academic and technology centers. The facility comprises 8,369 m² of covered built area across five levels, including a basement and semi-basement.
Scope
The scope of services included technical construction oversight, administrative supervision of contractual compliance, and financial monitoring of the allocated budget, ensuring that the project met its objectives in terms of quality, schedule, and efficient use of resources.
Management
VELNEC’s oversight ensured full traceability of the construction process, from foundations through final finishes, the validation of technical procedures, and the timely delivery of a strategic facility designed to strengthen research and innovation in Colombia’s higher education sector.
