Scope

Key project milestones included the construction of major urban and suburban interchanges; the addition of a second carriageway along the Cúcuta–Pamplona road up to the Los Acacios toll plaza; the construction of Avenida Cero as a dual carriageway extending to the International Highway; the expansion of the Cúcuta–Villa del Rosario highway to six lanes; the construction of the 23 km Western Ring Road; the construction of a 284-meter bridge over the Pamplonita River; and the structural rehabilitation and strengthening of the Mariano Ospina Pérez suspension bridge.
