Scope

The new passenger terminal represented an investment of approximately USD 45 million and comprises more than 30,000 m² of built area across five levels. It features 30 check-in counters and five security checkpoints, as well as a 4,700 m² glass façade with insulating air cavities and interior vertical gardens designed to improve thermal efficiency and enhance the passenger environment. The terminal also incorporates 1,500 solar panels, thermo-acoustic materials, and a comprehensive rainwater reuse system, making it one of Colombia’s most modern and sustainable airport infrastructure projects.
